WildBits offers a local collection option for selected orders. If you would prefer to collect your order instead of having it shipped, please review the information below before placing your order.
How Click & Collect works
Our Click & Collect service allows customers to place and pay for an order online, then collect it from our collection address once the order is ready.
Collection is available by prior arrangement only and must be confirmed before you attend.
- Orders must be placed and paid for in advance.
- Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready to collect.
- Collection is by appointment or prior agreement only.
- Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

To keep collections organised and convenient for both sides, please note the following:
Collection by confirmation
Please do not attend the collection address until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Pre-paid orders only
Click & Collect is available for orders that have already been paid for online through our checkout.
Bring your order details
When collecting, please have your order confirmation email or order number available.
Contact before arrival
If you need to change the collection time, please contact us in advance by email or phone.
